| Additional charges | - International shipping and shipping insurance: these vary with the destination country or region and the size and weight of the finished package, and are shown in the payment link before payment. We ship only to countries and regions we can serve.
- Option charges: only where options such as framing are requested, together with any resulting difference in shipping.
- Import duty, import tax (VAT/GST, etc.), and clearance fees: imposed by the destination country and paid by the customer to the carrier or customs on receipt. They are not included in the amounts we charge, and we cannot guarantee the amount.
- There is no payment processing fee. Your card issuer may charge currency conversion or similar fees.

| Payment timing | - Full Brief and Partial Brief: the price is paid in advance in two payments. - Artist's Choice: the price, shipping, and insurance are paid in a single payment after we accept the request.
- Only where options such as framing are requested, the option charge and any shipping difference are paid after completion.
- The due date of each payment link is stated in the invoice email.

| Delivery time | - Production takes about 3 months. It begins after the remaining payment clears for Full Brief and Partial Brief, or after the single payment clears for Artist's Choice.
- For Full Brief and Partial Brief, briefing conversations are held in order after the first payment. The wait before production varies, so an individual estimate is given in the acceptance email.
- We aim to dispatch within 14 days of completion. Where options such as framing are requested, the time needed to complete them is added after the option payment clears.
- We will contact you if delivery is delayed by the artist's health, a delay in your response, customs, or carrier issues.

| Delivery method | Tracked international delivery by carrier, with shipping insurance, to the address you provide. The tracking number is emailed at dispatch. Transit time varies by destination and excludes customs clearance. |

| Cancellation and defective items | - Commissions are one-of-a-kind items made to your order (custom-made). Cancellation for a change of mind is not accepted once the contract is formed (after we accept the request and the first payment is completed), and amounts already paid are not refunded.
- You may withdraw a request free of charge before the contract is formed.
- If we or the artist cannot complete the artwork, all amounts paid (including unused shipping) will be refunded.
- If the artwork arrives damaged, does not arrive, or materially differs from your order, contact us through the contact form on the site, preferably within 7 days of delivery, and attach photographs to your reply to our automated acknowledgement. We will investigate and provide a repair, refund, or other remedy. We pay any return shipping required.
- Return and reshipment costs caused by the customer, such as an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unpaid import duty, are paid by the customer.
